Pioneer Educational Trust has created this policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy
of visitors to our websites. We do not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit
unless you choose to provide such information to us. Providing such information is strictly voluntary.
When you contact a Trust school electronically to provide personally identifying information (admission
forms, accessing Parent Pay etc.), the information will be used only in the context of providing the service
associated with the requisition. We may use your contact information to send relevant information in the
context of your original query.

You also may decide to send us personally-identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail
message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a web form that provides us with this
information. We use personally identifying information from emails to respond to your requests. The recipient
of electronic communication may forward your information to colleagues within the Trust who are better able
to answer your questions.

Pioneer Educational Trust will not pass on your personal information to third parties for any reason, without
your written consent, unless the information is requested by law enforcement agencies or other parties that
have been granted a court order.

The Trust schools’ websites are owned and operated by the Trust. The websites are hosted by The Mustard
Agency but are administered by us in-house. Please read this policy carefully; by accessing the website you
confirm to have understood and agreed to them.
