As a Trust, our core focus remains to provide high quality, inclusive, diverse and effective education for all 2,000 of our pupils. We are proud to say that all our staff, both schools-based and centrally, place student welfare and education at the absolute heart of what we do and who we are. We know that we are shaping the future, with every student, every lesson and every day. Our students range from primary through to sixth form, and we are proud to watch each child’s journey through their education.

We know that not everything happens in the classroom, and our determination to pioneer supports all aspects of school life. Our central team are located across the schools, on hand to support the financial, pastoral and cultural needs, as well as the professional development of all our staff. We understand staff wellbeing directly impacts on the education delivered and seek to provide a fulfilling workplace so that our colleagues, are in turn, able to provide our children with an outstanding experience.

We remain committed to sharing & collaborating in underpinning an ethos that will nurture a pioneering legacy, in us, in our colleagues and in our children for years to come.

We provide an innovative range of continuing professional development opportunities.   These include our bespoke Pioneering Leadership Programme, accredited programmes, our beginning teacher ‘Thrive’ programme, research and development impact initiatives, coaching training, as well as our Pioneer Presents … events which see a range of keynote speakers present on an assortment of topics.

Our current schools include Desborough College, Upton Court Grammar School, Trevelyan Middle School & Foxborough Primary School, all of whom have their own unique identities and strengths. We are proud that each of our schools have been graded at least ‘Good’ by Ofsted, that our students are excelling in the key markers of education achieving some of the top attainment and progress measures relative to SATs, GCSEs and A-Levels across the boroughs and are leaving their time with us to excel in life after school.

As a Trust we are outward-facing and actively connect with our local community of schools, working together on development programmes that have a far wider reach than that of just our own. We have a strong network that brings reciprocal benefits to all.

We welcome new partnerships, new networks and new coalitions with other schools.  We know that these partnerships create further opportunities to develop core competences, further enrich our team and ensure that we remain pioneering in our approach to education.
