Our policies and statutory information
The School Information Regulations 2012 and the Academy trust governance guide set out a range of information that academies and academy trusts are required to publish online. The policies below meet these regulations.
Furthermore, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the public right of access to information produced in the course of the Trust’s work.
There are exemptions to this right. In particular, data about living, identifiable people (‘personal data’) continues to be covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) and is not generally publicly available except to the “subject” of the data – that is, the person whom the data is about.
Information held by the Trust that is not published under this scheme can be requested in writing, when its provision will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
