Our Trust is led by our CEO, Antonia Spinks. Through more than 25 years of teaching and leadership experience in education, she understands the importance of organisational culture in creating the environment needed for both colleagues and pupils to succeed. Antonia believes in nurturing brave, courageous and authentic leadership, holding high ambitions for each and every pupil in our Trust regardless of background, leading our schools to successfully achieve more together for the families and communities we serve than they could ever do on their own.
