Pioneer Educational Trusts ‘Thrive’ Programme is an inspiring and powerful induction programme providing beginning teachers with the best start to their career in education.

The programme spans the first two years of teaching and provides colleagues with the opportunity to learn and develop within their own school, across schools in the MAT and internationally.

Utilising an incremental coaching approach and applying the Early Career Framework, the Thrive programme kick-starts a rewarding career with a clear focus on wellbeing and enables the beginning teacher to thrive.

• Six-weekly cross-Trust ECT CPDL programme
• Cross-Trust school visits
• Enhanced Quality Improvement entitlement
• Access to ECT programme provided by local Teaching Schools with an opportunity for networking
• Opportunity for local / regional school visits
