Intended Outcome / Impact :
Our annual Pioneer Summit is a cross-MAT training day that inspires collaboration and invests intelligently in our workforce.
It is an inspirational day during which colleagues hear from keynote speakers from a range of experiences and background and an opportunity to attend workshops delivered by our colleagues for our colleagues. Our keynote speakers have included: Will Hussey (The Art of Being Brilliant), Paul McGee (The SUMO Guy), Mark Richardson, Olympian and Elizabeth Wright, Paralympian athlete.
The Pioneer Summit provides an opportunity for all colleagues across Pioneer to forge meaningful relationships and networks that stretch beyond the day. The workshops themselves showcase the exceptional talent and range of expertise on our workforce, and provide others with pertinent professional development that stretches their knowledge and skills.
As part of the Pioneer Summit, colleagues also engage in cross-MAT collaborative planning for the Trust Themed Week, a super-curricular opportunity for all pupils to engage in activities that challenge and inspire.
